EMERGENCE PROCESS MEDITATION
May we sit quietly, placing our feet on the floor...
…and take deep cleansing breaths, releasing and melting away any tension held in our bodies.
May we bring our attention to our inner sanctuaries, our inner divine realms, a place of infinite peace, love, & light.
Now may we visually connect to the core of mother earth beneath our feet and feel her powerful grounding nurturing energy.
Breath deeply and fully, and notice with each breath the nurturing energy of Mother Earth flowing into every cell of our bodies.
May we now shift our attention and focus to our heart area, the quiet center of our being.
If you’d like, gently rest your hand on your heart.
As we breath more deeply, slowly, and rhythmically, imagine our breath flowing in and out of our heart area as we inhale and exhale.
Imagine inhaling and exhaling love and light.
Now may we shift our attention to Source, the realm of the Sacred Unified Field.
Imagine a column of light from The Field shining upon us and gently flowing through all our chakras.
Now may we allow ourselves to connect to Essence, the energy of unconditional love, infinite wisdom, innate wholeness, and unlimited creativity.
Essence: the all-knowing aspect of ourselves that is able to heal, illuminate, and guide our whole being.
May we allow ourselves to be a channel for Essence energy to flow through and animate every cell in our bodies. Experience its vibration, beauty, and radiance. Let it fill our whole beings so that we feel greater alignment and coherence.
May we breathe into the process of incarnating essence through us and as us, our true nature.
May we allow ourselves to experience communion, coherence, resonance.
With Essence incarnated as us, may we allow for the evolutionary impulse of inspiration and creativity to flow through us, allow for whatever is emerging deep within.
